Whether it’s friendship or love, coworkers or family, sometimes you realize that certain people are not meant to be in your life regardless of how much you’d like them to be. Outside of catering to your wild side and non-constructive indulgences, they offer nothing but bad decisions, frequent regrets, terrible habits, and unnecessary drama. They weaken your inhibitions as they blur the line between good and bad, right and wrong. These are the people our parents warned us about as children and young adults. Sadly, without mental, emotional, and spiritual growth, we ourselves can become those people. We become that bad friend, girlfriend, boyfriend, husband, coworker—we become that bad person we never thought we’d be.
Sincerely, Kwapi Vengesayi
